Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Industrial Sales Engineer to expand our presence in the UAE and KSA markets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of industrial rubber belts, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support to distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in UAE and KSA.
- Identify and acquire new clients in industrial sectors (factories, OEMs, heavy equipment, etc.) while managing existing accounts.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, including product selection, application support, and after-sales service.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, planning, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote URBM’s industrial product range.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial sales within the GCC market (preferably UAE and KSA).
- Strong technical knowledge of power transmission belts, mechanical components, or industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently between UAE and KSA.
- Valid UAE driving license.
